No, they won’t—not when used correctly. We use a proportioner system to precisely mix cleaning solutions at safe, plant-friendly ratios. In cases where a stronger mix is needed, we’ll pre-wet and cover sensitive areas or rinse them thoroughly afterwards to prevent any damage.
Not for standard house washes. We use a soft washing method for exterior walls, which applies cleaning solution gently (at a pressure similar to a garden hose) and is then rinsed off using low-pressure, high-volume water. This ensures a thorough clean without causing damage to render, timber, paint, or mortar.

Most of the time, yes. If your property can be viewed via satellite images or real estate listings, we can usually quote remotely. If not, we’ll arrange a time to visit and assess your property in person.
Availability depends on the season and demand. Cleaning jobs are often urgent (e.g. pre-sale), so we do our best to fit you in quickly. For larger or scheduled projects, we’ll provide the next available date that suits your area.
